Although only joining Tindal & Callahan in 2011, Kim has over 18 years of experience buying and selling real estate in the Boothbay region. She holds the G.R.I. (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and was voted Lincoln County's Realtor of the Year in 2008. Kim enjoys volunteering in her community and is currently on the boards of the Boothbay Region YMCA and the Boothbay Harbor Opera House. Kim grew up in New Harbor, attending Lincoln Academy and the University of Southern Maine. She and her husband, Glenn, a Merchant Marine Captain, have resided on Southport for 32 years where they raised their daughter, Holly. Growing up in the small village of New Harbor, Kim learned the value of ultimate customer service while helping out in her family's grocery store. She thrives on providing her clients and customers with the utmost in service and attention to detail.
